Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: Orders over $25 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Domestic (US): Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.
International: International shipping times vary by destination, typically 10–21 business days after processing. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
International Shipping We ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Nikonet is not responsible for these charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages Nikonet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
